              SAFETY CHECKLIST & INSPECTION Safety checklist is a format whenever a work is started somewhere, then the process of doing that work is done, then we enter all the process in that format which we call a checklist. Safety inspection before starting any work, only the process that is done there means that the safety is ensured, we call it safety inspection, before starting hot work, we should do some safety inspection in which work permit is the first procedure. Work permit :- A work permit should be in the field and the engineer,                                        supervisor, safety officer and workers should be aware of it.                     DRIVING INSIDE REFINERY GENERAL :- ·          All internal combustion engines are a source of ignition. ·          Do not drive any company owned or operated vehicle unless you are in possession of a valid Motor Vehicle Drivers License and Refinery Driving Authorization. ·          A driver is responsible for the legal and safe operation of the vehicle he is handling. ·          Always drive in accordance with Traffic Laws of Kuwait and also Traffic Rules and regulations applicable to the Refinery. ·          Repairs to the vehicles must be done only in workshops and not on refinery roads. ·          Motor vehicle entry in between process areas and tank farm bonded areas is forbidden, unless Work Permit has been issued authorizing the entry. Slips, trips, and falls can occur when wrong ladder selection is made and when improper climbing techniques and/or defective ladders are used.
