                                                   ON JOB TRAINING

The training given by the safety officer to his employees in this training for any job location and particular job given to them is called On Job Training.

And this type of training is given in a work site, that training is called On Job Site Training.

Safety Officer Duty- the duty of a safety officer usually depends on two things.

2.   Training :- Whenever a new work is started in a work area, it is our duty as a safety officer to provide training to all our employees who are related to any work. During this meeting we should keep a few things in mind.

Work Permit :- During on job training, we should know whether the work permit for the work that our workers are going to do has been taken or not, we should tell our workers about the work permit.

Importance of PPEs :- Employees are getting involved in some work in the field, so they are not able to use the right PPE for it or they are not having any kind of problem, we talked to them during training, should do. All employees should convey the importance of PPE during training.

Tell about the dangers :- During on job training we should tell our employees about the hazards present there. And tell them about eliminating.

Tell about the Emergency Planning :- They should also be told about the way in which they have to react on their own an emergency situation is created. Also tell about assembly point.
