Safety checklist is a format whenever a work is started somewhere, then the process of doing that work is done, then we enter all the process in that format which we call a checklist.

Safety inspection before starting any work, only the process that is done there means that the safety is ensured, we call it safety inspection, before starting hot work, we should do some safety inspection in which work permit is the first procedure.

Work Permit :- A work permit should be in the field and the engineer, supervisor, safety officer and workers should be aware of it. This is our first safety inspection.

Gas Testing :- If our hot work is happening in a confined space or inside a vessel tank, then the procedure of our safety inspection will be that if there is any gas present there, we need gas tester to check that gas testing.

PPEs :- The next procedure that occurs in safety inspection is the is ppe in which we implement the ppe according to our work which according to our workers comfort-ability we see their that they are able to use their piece.

Toll Box Talk :- The next procedure is the tool box talk (TBT) before starting any work , what we confirm on the safety inspection is that all the workers present there have been given TBT or not. And it should also be ensured that they have complete knowledge about the work or that they do not have any kind of problem in it all comes in our safety inspection.

Fire Watch- whenever hot work is done at some place and if there is a possibility of fire, then we should use fire extinguisher there as well as attend a fire watch or fire attender there. That hot work should be done under full supervision.
