Required documents during safety audit

During a safety audit, a safety auditor may ask the safety officer for certain documents which are as follows :-

1.    Tool box talk :– Safety audit can ask for records of toolbox talk during audit which is a document maintained by a safety officer on daily activities.

2.  Work Permit :– A Safety auditor can also ask work permit for daily work, so the safety officer should keep a copy of the work permit of all the work being done in the records.

3. 

   

     PPE Records :- All workers working in the field of work should have a records of all the pieces provided according to the work, this records can also be sought by the safety auditor.

4.   Safety Induction :– When a new workers joins in the industry, their safety is done. This paper can also be sought from a safety officer by a safety auditor in the records.

5.    Medical paper :- All the workers medical papers can also be demanded from the safety officer by the safety auditor, therefore, the safety officer must also keep the workers medical paper on records.

6.  Tools and tackles certificate :- The safety officer has a responsibility in the industry. All the tools and tackles uses in his industry like chain block, d- shackle, wire sling, chain sling etc. should be tested once in a year and his certificate should be kept on record with a safety auditor. Can also be sought.

As much of the responsibility of a safety officer as the workers in freedom and the safety of the machines is as much as the documentation work, so the safety officer should always keep each paper up to date so that if someone asks for the paper at such a time he could show them that paper
